As founder and sole technical director, I handle the entire technical scope: architecture, development, deployment, infrastructure and client relations. I manage a team of 4 from our offices at Flex-O Merignac (Bordeaux): Laura L. as project manager, Lucas T. and Yassir I. as developer apprentices, and myself as CTO. I am the single point of contact for all technical decisions and directly responsible for delivery quality on every project.
- Technical direction and technology vision: defining the company's technical strategy, choosing stacks, architectures and tools for each client project

ACCENSEO has developed a rare expertise in massive multi-supplier product data import. These projects involve colossal data volumes - hundreds of millions of references - and require infrastructure sized accordingly: AWS servers with several hundred GB of RAM running PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production, SQL backups exceeding 1.4 GB per database, and tables surpassing one billion rows.
Multi-supplier Big Data Import
Import pipelines developed in Python and Golang to extract, transform and load data from 7 different suppliers. The system handles 6 million product references, 37 million variants and 400 million supplier use cases.
Complete technical overhaul for a spare parts e-commerce business. Built a Python import system pulling from 7 suppliers with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases on AWS. Developed custom Magento plugins (Monetico Paiement, LaPoste Colissimo), an admin dashboard in Next.js, and managed Terraform infrastructure (EC2, RDS). 6 million product references, 37 million variants, 400 million supplier use cases.
E-commerce Configuration & Custom Sites
Configuration and development of numerous e-commerce sites on Magento 1.x/2.x, PrestaShop and Shopify. Custom Magento plugin development (Monetico Payment, LaPoste Colissimo), custom themes and product feed integration. In parallel, building numerous custom sites and applications in React/Next.js: admin dashboards, product configurators, client portals and SaaS platforms.

ACCENSEO has conducted numerous scraping and data extraction missions, ranging from simple sites (corporate sites, directories, open marketplaces) to targets protected by the most advanced WAFs on the market (Cloudflare, DataDome, PerimeterX, Akamai Bot Manager). Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) like Cloudflare, DataDome, PerimeterX and Akamai Bot Manager deploy advanced detection mechanisms: TLS fingerprinting, JavaScript behavioral analysis, dynamic CAPTCHAs, IP intelligence rotation and device fingerprinting. Bypassing these protections requires deep expertise in HTTP/2 protocols, session management, headless browser orchestration and JavaScript challenge reverse engineering.
Alongside client projects, ACCENSEO develops its own software products. An ecosystem of plugins and applications for Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office platforms. We design, develop and publish multiple products on the Atlassian and Microsoft marketplaces, with a complete product approach: design, development, publishing, user support and continuous iterations. This software publisher positioning allows us to master the entire product lifecycle, from idea to production deployment on international marketplaces.
Founding ACCENSEO is the logical next step after years of building for others. Managing every aspect of a business - from writing Terraform configs to handling payroll declarations, from negotiating contracts to fixing Magento plugins at midnight - gives a perspective no salaried position can offer.
The hardest part is not the technical work, but learning to turn down projects that don't fit, managing cash flow, and accepting that a team of 4 can't do everything. The experience at Flex-O Merignac, daily exchanges with other entrepreneurs, and the reality of mentoring apprentices teach more about leadership than any management course. Every decision has direct financial consequences, and that changes how you think about code quality, architecture choices and delivery timelines.
